Premendra Shrestha (CEO), embarked his career trajectory with ICTC group at a tender age since 1993 has become an integral part within the ICTC group today. In a remarkable progression, he currently holds the esteemed position of CEO at ISPL, a role he has assumed since its inception in 2017. Throughout his illustrious career, he has forged close ties with renowned global IT and Telecom giants such as Nokia Siemens Network, Huawei, ZTE, LSEG and many more serving as a trusted consultant and representative. 
Under Premendra’s stewardship, ISPL has witnessed a transformative evolution, transitioning from a representation-based business model to a diverse portfolio of products and services. His visionary approach and strategic acumen have not only diversified ISPL's offerings but have also solidified its position in the market.

Saroj Shakya, the esteemed CFO has dedicated more than two and half decades of his career to the ICTC group since 1997. His unceasing commitment and extensive tenure within the group of companies have not only ensured its stability but also facilitated its expansion into diverse business portfolios with various roles and responsibilities. Armed with a solid academic background with MBA majoring in Finance, he has played a pivotal role in transforming ISPL from a fledgling startup into a formidable corporate entity within the tech industry. He loves to work with the young energy and help them transform into true professionals. 

Roshendra Dhoj Khadka brings with him a wealth of domestic and international work experience and expertise since his graduation in 1999. He holds an Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronics, specializing in Communications. Since 2018, Roshendra spearheads business development and its implementation at ISPL and contributes to making strategic decisions to keep the organizational wheel moving.  With an extensive tenure of nearly 11 years at Huawei Technologies, he has held various pivotal roles from cellular network deployment in Nepal as an Engineer and Project Manager to  telecom business development as an Account Manager for the telcos like NT and Ncell. Internationally, Roshendra served as a Research Assistant at the University of Surrey, UK, subsequent to completing his MBA from the same University back in 2009. Beyond his corporate presence, Roshendra is also a visiting faculty for MBA program at the School of Management, Tribhuwan University (SOMTU) and Central Department of Management (CDM) since 2013 and a startup mentor for MBAs. 

Basanta Silakar (Director) is a seasoned professional with a robust academic background, holding a Master's in Business Studies (MBS) with a specialization in Management, alongside a Computer Diploma in Hardware & Networking. Currently, he serves as a Director at ISPL, a position he has held since 2019 joined ICTC group in 2003. In this capacity, he  actively oversees business promotion and provides operational support within the Banking and Financial Institutions (BFIs). Notably, Basanta plays a significant role in leading ISPL's representation of Refinitiv's (LSEG) product line, serving as the primary liaison between the partner organization and the BFIs, ensuring the seamless integration and utilization of cutting-edge financial solutions.

Payash Lakhe (COO) is an MBA graduate and a distinguished professional. Furthermore, he holds several notable certifications, including MCITP, ISO Internal Auditor, and Graphic and Design. With an extensive work experience spanning over 18 years, he has proven himself as a valuable asset in the corporate realm. In 2008, he embarked on his journey with ICTC group, where his talents and dedication have propelled him to his current role as the Chief Operating Officer at ISPL. In this capacity, he assumes leadership of the human resources department, ensuring the effective management and development of the company's workforce. Additionally, Payash actively participates in strategic business decision-making processes, leveraging his expertise to steer the organization towards sustainable growth and success.

Anil Maharjan (CTO) joined ICTC group since his completion of Computer Engineering degree in 2010. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in networking systems, adeptly crafting numerous desktop applications. Evolving with the technological landscape, Anil has seamlessly transitioned towards the development of web and mobile applications, demonstrating a keen aptitude for embracing emerging languages and technologies. His dedication to staying at the forefront of industry trends is evident through his ongoing pursuit of knowledge, exemplified by his exploration into advanced technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Anil's commitment to innovation and continuous learning underscores his invaluable contributions to Infocom Solutions and solidifies his position as a visionary leader within the ICTC Group.
